Tech Support Specialist – Tarryworn, New York

What You’ll Do:

As a Tech Support Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with members of our lively team, learn how to become a master of your craft, and crush your job responsibilities, which include:

  • Explain product features and benefits, answering questions and setting proper expectations for customer inquiries
  • Identify, resolve and/or escalate technical issues as appropriate
  • Document all interactions and follow proper documentation procedures
  • Identifying and replicating problems and suggest viable solution
  • Working side-by-side with our customers to provide creative solutions to challenging problems
  • Learning and understanding appropriate software supported by the company
  • Providing support to monitor, install and perform maintenance on software
  • Monitoring and follow up on all requests from submission to resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective call resolution
  • Administer existing and new users, both internal and external, using established guidelines and processes.

What We’ll Love About You:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and software technical support
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • High degree of attention to detail is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
